THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE STAT FILES!
Download the Stat files from www.totalwar.org.
Within the program folder, create a folder named 'STATS'.
Within it, create a folder for each set of stats and place the stat files within.
DO NOT ALTER THE NAME OF STAT FILES! The file names MUST match the originals.
Every time a stat is swapped, a backup of the current versions in the game folder
is backed up to the 'BACKUP' directory within the program folder. If this folder does
not exist, it will be created; so you don't have to create it unless you want to.
A description.txt file can be included to add a descriptive field to each stat set.
The stat folder names are treated as the "name" of the stat set.
You can make as many Stats as you want!
Happy modding!

Extra notes.
When you unzipped this file, you'll find a new temporary folder at the desktop.
Open this folder:

Locate where you installed Shogun Totalwar WE/MI, in this case it's E:\STW. Open the directory, it
looks like this:

Run Setup.exe from the new directory. It might be that some files need to be updated first.
When that's the case, you'll be told that the computer needs to be restarted.
Run Setup.exe again after the (automatic) restart. Install the program to your STW game folder,
E:\STW in this example.
prjStwStatSwapper.exe will be installed in the STW directory now, manually copy the folder Stats out of the
new folder to your STW game directory.

Run prjStwStatSwapper.exe.

You'll see a short description when you double click on a listed stat. The highlighted/marked
stat will get copied. You need to set the directory to copy to first: E:\STW.
'Advanced' Note: you can copy the manager and the Stats folder to a different location, but you
must enter the directory where your STW game is installed in the Destination Folder.
Press set and the stats will get copied.
The Shogun Totalwar WE/MI directory will now also contain the file LastDirUsed.txt and the folder
Backup.
To modders:
A description.txt file must be included in a stat subdirectoy, the manager won't list it
otherwise.
